Gathering Waters District Fall Camporee 2025

Wesmianiw Chapter is hosting the Gathering Waters District Camporee again in 2025. See below for details on the event. Come help us put on another great Camporee this year!

The Fall Camporee weekend will be held in the beautiful northern setting of the Gardner Dam Adventure Base, October 10th-12th, 2025.  A big thanks goes out to our Wesmianiw OA Chapter, for organizing and running this year’s Fall Camporee!

The activities planned for Saturday will incorporate team building and scout skills.  

A Life to Eagle Seminar will be done on Saturday morning from 9:00am-11:00am, all Life Scouts can attend and parents are welcome as well.  Learn how to smoothly earn your Eagle and follow all the procedures along the way!  Please register for the Life to Eagle Seminar for free, at this link (so we know how many chairs to set up). https://scoutingevent.com/635-LifetoEagle2

We expect to have a great crowd and a fantastic weekend, but for the camporee to be successful, we need YOU!

How can you help?  Above all, come prepared to have fun.  Bring every member of your Troop and Webelos Den to participate. Webelos can camp with a Troop or with their den.  It is a great way to see if the scouts would like to cross over to a specific Troop by camping with them! We want all Webelos to see exactly how much fun it is to join a Scouts BSA Troop. 

Cost will be $15.00 per person and this will be a Patrol Cooking event, please register in the link on the right of this page.  Make sure to plan out your meals, bring food and cooking equipment for your Troops.  The traveling Golden Spatula will be up for grabs on Saturday, so have those contest recipes ready for dinner on Saturday!  An event patch will be given out to all participants.  Please bring up Health Forms with only parts A & B completed.  These will be kept by the Health Officer on site and not returned, if you’d like a copy, please ask us for one or make a copy before coming up.
