OA Event COVID Protocols

All participants are asked to wear masks when indoors and when outdoors and social distancing is not practicable regardless of vaccination status. Additionally, all participants should wash their hands regularly throughout the event.

Check-in: All participants will check in with the health officer and provide the following: COVID health screening, AHMR (BSA medical form), and youth permission slip (if under 18 years old). See the Calendar page for details on required forms.

Dining: If available and appropriate, all meals will be served outdoors. If not appropriate, meals will be served indoors but with distancing enforced.

Sleeping: only one person is allowed per tent, regardless of family relationship.

Ceremonies: Those participating in ceremonies may remove masks when properly distances and speaking to allow for clarity in speaking parts.

Service projects: Tools should be cleaned/sanitized between uses.
