OA Spring Fellowship at the Council Convention

Gather at the KI Convention Center on April 23rd for a day of inspiration, learning, fun and fellowship.

Program includes:

“Celebrate Districts” Breakfast with inspirational speaker Opening Session with Opening Ceremony conducted by the OA

Spark Sessions during the morning and afternoon:

  1. Unit Representatives & OA Adult Unit Adviser Orientation
  2. Life After Eagle (all the great stuff you can do in Scouting before & after Eagle)
  3. Mental Health & Suicide Awareness
  4. Diversity/Equity/Inclusion in the OA and Scouting
  5. Brotherhood Clinic (complete your Brotherhood requirements – fun & easy)

Council Exhibit Hall (visit vendors and program exhibitors)

Lunch (Eagle Scouts from 2020 & 2021 will be special guests at the Eagle Scout luncheon; a special invitation was sent by mail to the 2020 & 2021 Eagle Scouts – please register for the luncheon as instructed in your invitation and then register at the OA registration site below.)

Picnic Dinner by the Fox River (adult OA members not attending the Council Silver Beaver dinner; OA and non-member youth, Webelos & up, are invited for the dinner and evening activities.  Parents of youth who are not members of the OA, can email the lodge adviser to reserve a spot for their son or daughter)

  • Other duties, as needed 

Receive a limited-edition lodge patch for your service

OVERNIGHT OPTIONS

Hotel rooms available for Scouting families by registering through the hotel link found at Council Convention information .  We recommend OA members who have families staying overnight to room with your family.   

OA members attending without their families can request space in a room.  We are planning to have 4 in a room.  Cost is $30 per night based on 4 per room.  You can choose to stay Friday and/or Saturday night.  

HOTEL SPACE IS LIMITED

Contact the lodge adviser by March 10th if you wish to stay overnight at the hotel Send an email to: mike.mailand@konwapos.org 

Provide your name, gender, age, phone number and indicate if you want Friday night or Saturday night or both. We will provide instructions on payment of the lodging fee.

OA SPRING FELLOWSHIP at the COUNCIL CONVENTION

$25 for the day

THIS IS A SPECIAL RATE FOR OA MEMBERS.  

THE LODGE IS SUBSIDIZING THE ADDITIONAL COST TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.  

(Golden Arrow Membership applies to the day event fee, it does not cover overnight lodging.  Golden Arrow members should register and indicate your Golden Arrow status during the registration process. Contact the lodge adviser for overnight hotel space.)
