Order of the Arrow Unit Elections
In late December, every Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Sea Scout unit leader will receive an email from OA Lodgemaster to schedule their unit’s Order of the Arrow unit election.
OA unit elections are an opportunity to recognize those Scouts, Venturers, and Sea Scouts that live by the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives.
In Scouts BSA troops, Venturing crews, and Sea Scout ships, every registered active member of the unit under age 21 at the time of election is eligible to vote in an Order of the Arrow unit election; this includes assistant Scoutmasters who are 18, 19 or 20 years old.
Unit Election Timeline
December 2022 - March 15, 2023
Request a unit election. Every unit leader in Bay-Lakes council should have received an email to schedule their election. If not, please contact unitelections@konwapos.org.
January 1, 2023 - April 1, 2023
Conduct your unit’s election. Your local OA chapter will be in contact with you and will conduct your unit election in-person at a unit meeting.
Through April 30, 2023
Submit adult nominations to Kon Wapos Lodge.
